How important is it to get the elevator ballanced at the hinge point - I
just hung mine up and it needs at least double the weight that was supplied.
The only reference I see in the archives is for an Elite and Jeffery
Steenson says "It's cool to watch the elevator balanced like the scales of
Mother Justice!"
I think that the original 2500 design has had lots of stuff added to beef up
for the Moose and no retro thought towards the tip weights - I did notice an
access plate cut into the factory demo - maybe to add weight?

Moose Elevator Ballance
I recall that MAM required 50% of the weight on the horn, we did ours to
about 75%. I did not rebalance the elevator after adding the 3500 mods.
