H-stab end rib/spar doubler

Just a quick note about the doubler on the horizontal stab that wraps from
the outboard hinge around onto the end rib. As already mentioned I made a
doubler and put it on the inside of the stab rather than the outside... I've
placed 2 pictures of this, one of the inside, the other of the outside, on
the archive site.
