The Murphy Builders Site

Dear Fellow Moose Builders,

I'm now in the Murphy holding pattern! I've recieved my serial number (227SR)
and now patiently await delivery of my quick build kit(est. delivery Dec 03).
Having completed and flown my Vans RV-8, I now require a flying SUV(aka Moose)
for the family and multi pax operations. Can anyone give me a good feeling
about the real consturction hours required to complete the Quick Build.
Note: Full time, experienced builder working approx 40 per week.

Specifications:
Kit: Moose Quick Build
Engine: M14P (400hp?)
Prop: MT 3 Blade
Amphib: Montana Float (3500 Amphib)
Panel: Basic IFR
