June 7th Builders Visit

Hi Ralph !
No problem ! Jim Cole (hosting the Builder Visit),
has a 1 bedroom pool house .... ;-) or we'll find you
somewhere !! :-)
Directions :
44.13N and 79.47W
Com - 123.2 (unofficial - the same as Alliston in an old FS)
705-458-9669 (Hangar)
or by road:
Hwy 27 North to Hwy 89 (Cookstown) turn left and go west to the 4th road on
the right which is the 8th Line and go North through the first stop sign (#5
side road) and 1.3KM after the stop sign on the left look for the runway and
bi-plane painted on the hanger doors
- #5876 8th Line.
or
Hwy 50 or Airport road to Hwy 89 East through Alliston past the Nottawasaga
Inn, up the hill - turn left on the 8th line - north through the first stop
sign (#5 side road) and 1.3KM after the stop sign on the left look for the
runway and bi-plane painted on the hanger doors.
#5876 8th Line
Strip is about 2,000 ft. and very smooth - runs uphill about
50 ft. heading East ..... best to land from the West & depart to
East, depending on winds ! Of course, that won't be a problem
for the motorcycle !!

Thanks for the reply. I will be motorcycling and camping. Would there be a
chance of sleeping bag space at a convienient location depending on the time
of day? I will be starting from the Syracuse, NY area the day of the visit
and can leave as early as necessary. My bag space would be for the night of
the 7th and would depart morning of the 8th. I will look forward to seeing
you and all the other MAM builders.

Looks like it's definite for the 7th. Details & directions
will follow closer to the Builder Visit...... it's only an hour or
so from Brampton, near Alliston.
You'd definitely qualify as the longest distance Visitor ! ;-)
