Have a good trip east ! You could backtrack our route -
Hope, up the Coquihalla to Merrit, over to Vernon, then up to
cut across Baker Lake to Revelstoke, (follow the hydro line -
it's "fly by wire" !! ;-) ), then to Golden, past Banff,
and out to Okotoks. Okotoks to Medecine Hat (great bunch at the
MH RAA !), then Moose Jaw Muni, Carlyle (hotel next to airport),
then east - if you're going to Winterpeg, head for the south-east
corner, slip under the TRSA, into LynCrest - another great bunch
of pilots there !

Maybe if you had a regular meeting,
more folks would come !
We get visitors from New York and Michigan,
and some drive as
far as 5 hours from Ottawa .... :-)
We have always had some sort of
casual party in Chilliwack,
the last one was at Darryl's house, where he
graciously BBQ'd
for us !! Might be a bit difficult this
time, though, because
of Arlington - we've never come out that
early before...
and they'll be busy getting to the show.
Things are fairly well set for the
first part of the Ramble,
but, of course, we NEVER know when we'll be
ANYWHERE !! ;-) :-)
The plan is to be there for almost all of
Arlington, but....
I've heard of the gathering at Nimpo Lake,
and, since wheels
are possible ...... welllllll, as normal
for Rambling,
it's 'navigation by consensus' - it DOES
sound like a
good place to visit !
How far is Nimpo from Chilliwack ??
Will have to
dust off the big GPS !
