Rick,
Aircraft Spruce lists the Positech 4215 as = Stewart Warner 10599 at
US$194. It is listed for RV's with O-360 engines in hot climates. We
have bought this Positech for our Elite with O-360 because of the many
cooling problems mentioned on this list and agreeing with Wayne that
duct tape or a slider can easily correct a too cool reading. As an
aside, Van's told me a 4" cool air duct and plenum was necessary to get
the full potential of the 4215. I asked this question of the Positech
seminar presenter at Sun&Fun and he said a 3" duct was enough. Since
the 4"duct is hard to find we will be using 3" and plenum. The 4215
cooler should do it in your climate on an O-320 with proper ducting.
