Bob Patterson:
After spending the last two and 1/2 months evaluating both the Murphry Rebel
and Stoddard-Hamilton's GlaStar, I've finally decided to purchase the
GlaStar.
Both kits were on my short list-both are excellent values for the money. It
was a very very close call. What it finally came down to was the easy
folding
wings on the GlaStar and the near by support from a possible fellow builder.
For your information, if I would have ended up with the Rebel, I would
definitely have purchased the kit through you. I feel that any one who
dedicates so much time to help fellow builders deserves our support and
dollars. Thanks

net.

Sorry to lose you, George !! Thanks for the kind words !
Maybe I can save you some money, AND sell a Rebel !! Bob Foti has
started on a GlaStar & decided the Rebel would be MUCH faster to build,
so he's selling his GlaStar at considerably LESS than the factory price,
and he has several options, as well....
Please give him a call, if it's not too late !!

Your mail made it ok at <rfoti@eznet.net> I just wanted you to see

ps
FWIW - almost everybody I've spoken to about folding wings says
it seemed like a good idea, but after they did it a couple of times, they
decided it was still too much of a pain, and got a hangar. Of course,
you don't need a hangar for the Rebel !! :-)
Best of luck !!
