Morning everyone!

Based on the below information, as well as the fact that the wind is already
blowing as high as 31Kmph in Muskoka in light snow (7am winds at CYZZ = 41K,
London = 26K and Kingston = 37K etc so it's all around and probably only
going to get worse as the day goes on) I think we should postpone to see
what tomorrow brings (which looks about the same or worse that today!). The
clouds are going by at one heck of a pace here in Penetang and the wind
gusts make the house feel & sound like a Freightliner hit it! Winds like
this right here on the edge of Georgian Bay could blow up a blizzard
instantly, so better to be safe and warm, versus cold and miserable with our
airplanes at the mercy of mother nature on the lake! May end up being next
weekend instead, but we will try again for tomorrow in case this front goes
through quicker than expected.

Cheers,
Wayne O'Shea

DISTRICT OF PARRY SOUND CONTINUED
..SNOWSQUALLS WITH LOCAL WHITEOUT CONDITIONS TODAY..

THIS IS A WARNING THAT SNOWSQUALLS ARE IMMINENT OR OCCURRING IN
THESE REGIONS. MONITOR WEATHER CONDITIONS..LISTEN FOR UPDATED

COLD ARCTIC AIR REMAINS ENTRENCHED OVER THE GREAT LAKES. AS A RESULT
SNOWSQUALLS ARE PREVALENT IN ALL OF THE ONSHORE AREAS. THESE SNOWSQUALLS
WILL SHIFT SEVERAL TIMES DURING THE NEXT SEVERAL DAYS.. BUT THEY WILL NEVER
REALLY GO AWAY.

STRONG SOUTHWESTERLY WINDS TODAY ARE DIRECTING THE SNOWSQUALLS NORTHEAST OF
GEORGIAN BAY. THE LAKE HURON SNOWSQUALL IS EXPECTED TO AFFECT ONLY BRUCE
COUNTY. THESE SOUTHWESTERLY WINDS WILL PERSIST INTO THE EVENING HOURS AND
THEN SHIFT TO THE WEST AS A COLD FRONTAL SYSTEM CROSSES THE REGION WITH ITS
OWN BRAND OF SNOW. AS A RESULT THE SQUALLS WILL SHIFT SOUTHWARD AND
INTENSIFY SIGNIFICANTLY TONIGHT.

FREQUENT ZERO VISIBILITY IN WHITEOUT CONDITIONS FROM BLOWING SNOW AND HEAVY
SNOW WILL RESULT IN DANGEROUS DRIVING CONDITIONS ESPECIALLY IN AREAS
DIRECTLY EXPOSED TO THE GREAT LAKES.

LOCAL SNOWFALL AMOUNTS OF 15 TO 20 CENTIMETRES ARE LIKELY FROM THE
SNOWSQUALLS BY THIS EVENING.
