I just ordered the tail kit for a moose. I am trying to get the stuff
together I will need to start. How many and what size cleco's do I need? I
think it's 30' and 40's but I am not sure. Thanks, Brad

Check eBay, Try Ray at the link above contact him direct about some long
reach clecoes, the type with a wing nut or nut to tighten for some of the
thicker places on the plane like wing attach points ect..
I'm sure Wayne knows a few other eBay dealers that are good to deal with
direct. Instead of bidding the price up

Ray's the best. Can't deal with a more honest couple with him and his wife.
It is sometimes actually cheaper from him by catching his auction, than
buying direct, but he was doing the auctions at a loss to attract more
customers to his rl-industrial business. Haven't seen him list too many
things lately but no matter how you buy from them you won't be disappointed
(they don't sell junk like some others that I have been unfortunate enough
to come across!!).

Brad, you will also need some 3/16 (#20/21) clecos as well. As Phil says buy
some long reach wingnut clecos as there are many places on the SR that a
normal cleco won't reach or hold together(even on the tail kits hinge
doublers/cable horn brackets). No need to buy 1/2" reach and 1" reach. Just
buy either size as they will pull tight right down to a thin sheet
thickness. Really handy when it comes time to pull the .063 door sill wraps
and carrythrough corners on the fuselage together tightly, to simulate
riveted condition for proper fit.
