Super Rebel V-speeds

I'm getting ready to order flight instruments and I need the following
speeds so that I can order my airspeed indicator:

Stall, flaps retracted, bottom of the green arc
Stall, flaps extended, bottom of the white arc
Maximum structural cruising speed, top of the green arc
Max flap extended speed, top of the white arc
Never exceed speed, redline
Maneuvering speed (at different weights up to 3500 pounds if available

I searched through the list archives and couldn't find anything but Vne
which I believe was listed as 179 mph.

Stall IAS-45 MPH Clean
Stall IAS-43 MPH 1st Notch
Stall IAS-40 MPH 2nd Notch
Stall IAS-35 MPH 3rd Notch
Vy--90MPH-1st notch

Vfe-138 MPH-1st notch
Vfe-100 MPH 2nd notch

Thanks Al. FWIW, this is what Brian at MAM sent me:

Hi Mike, for a 3500:
Flap speed....white arc......46 - 85 mph
Normal...........Green Arc....52 - 150 mph
Caution..........Yellow Arc....150 - 189 mph
Red line.........189 mph

I don't have a 3500. Mine's a 2500 with some 3500 mods such as the angles
reinforcing the forward wing attach, and some of the gear box structure
upgrades. I did whatever I could without going backwards in my
construction. I also have some of my own mods such as the 1/8 inch thick
door post channels. I'll use the information from Al and from MAM to come
up with how I want my airspeed indicator marked.

Mike,
This information sharing is good. My notes on flap speeds came from MAM in
knots and I converted to mph. It would be good if MAM could give us Va,
maneuvering speed at several load configurations.
