Hi Guys,
Good day today, Randy and I riveted on a bottom wing skin. :-)
FYI ... Uploaded a picture of the 3/8" auto wire loom (very light weight) we
installed in the bottom skin longerons to provide a wire conduit to the wing
tips.
Just one way to do it.
Picture and description posted on Maddog under S-wing.
Later,
Don

Wires to Moose wing tips
Wires to Moose wing tips
Saw the pic--looks clean.
Question: Are the wires run from the lights, through the wing, then to the
fuselage at the root of the wing, or did you run them through the strut, or
other? What did everyone else do?
While I'm on this thread, where does the pitot tube come into the fuselage
at?
Thanks in advance.

Wires to Moose wing tips
Sorry for the delay Rick. Working night and day on the Moose.
down the strut to terminal blocks I have mounted in the floor under the
co-pilots seat near the battery. Here connections into the fuselage's "wire
harness" will take place for wing lights and the wiring coming from the
amphib floats. Four terminal block strips are used two for wing, one left
and one right and two for the floats, again one for the left and one for the
right.
Regards,
Don
