G'day Wayne
I have just found some pictures of your 912 Rebel installation, and I have noticed that the cowl set up on yours is different
to the one that I have.
The radiator inlet on yours is a slit that runs horizontal, with the radiator mounted on an angle, whereas on mine the radiator is mounted square up against the cowl front.
Several questions;
How are the temps with the set up that you have?
Do you think that your set up would provide a better air flow over the radiator?
Have you seen any other radiator set-ups?
Would setting the radiator back a little and boxing it in (say 1/2") help?
Thanks and regards
