Hi Aurele !
You shouldn't have too much of a problem importing an American
homebuilt - the rules <just> changed to allow this !
The Experimental must have at least 100 hours of flight time,
and be inspected by the MD-RA inspectors here, and can then be issued
a C of A, & C of R, and away you go !!
This could be an advantage, as, for some reason, homebuilts
usually sell for much less in the U.S.A. than they do here ! As always,
you do have to watch for quality workmanship ...

Lisa, I am in Northern Ontario, Canada. Hearst to be precise. As Geert
Frank mentioned in a related message, might be a problem for me if buying
from the U.S. Anyways, I'm interested in more info, pics, as I have had a
few offers for sale of projects and flying Rebels and will compare all
available aircraft. In the meantime, I have to find a buyer for mine and
will be listing it in major papers/ magazines in the very near future.
Thanks, Aurele

I would possibly sell my Rebel for $35,000 US. It has a new wood
prop and an O-290. Both engine and airframe have 260 hours.
I live in central Calif.
