Rebel Tail Fin offset .. .again!

Hello Group:
I am getting conflicting information about the correct offset (or if
there is any at all) on the Rebel Tail Fin. A search of the dcsol mail
archives revealed that the consensus was that there should be no offset
of the tail fin. The manual says to offset the L.E. of the fin 3/4 inch
(left or right depending on prop rotation). Personally, I would rather
kick in some rudder on climb out vs. cruise.
Seems like installation would be more simple if it was set at zero
degrees BUT is that correct? Any comments on this?
