Flying the Moose stick position

I had the same concern about the stick not being comfortable for me. What I
did is shorten the top and bottom of the stick and bent both the bottom and
top bends a few degrees. This brings the grip between my legs. With my
wrist and forearm resting on my leg my hand fits the grip. I'm new to sticks
and find it very comfortable to fly. I also set a seat stop on the forward
end of the track to limit the forward seat position. This keeps the stick
off the seat when full aft. These mods are not a problem for me but could
be a problem if multiple people fly your airplane.
