Subject: SR3500 elevator/fin interference and wing mounting

Hello everyone! MAM's website just updated tonight with a bit of new and/or
confirmation information.

1/ The fin/elevator interference is to be dealt with as I had laid out, as
my plan of attack, in previous messages. ie: cut back the elevator "V" area
to clean off the existing rivet holes (approx 3/8") and move the inboard
EL-450 ribs out accordingly to give you lots of clearance (Or you can still
hack out the spar caps if you want).

2/ They are now spelling out the usage of some specific aluminum spacers
when mounting the forward wing attach fittings to the fuselage, spelled out
as FL-265's with 6 required and available from shipping. REMEMBER..... THE
REAR WING ATTACH FITTINGS ARE TO <"FLOAT"> AND NOT TO BE BOLTED TIGHT.

3/ The "Texastyle" 31" x 8 ply tubeless tires/ wheels/ hubs etc are now
available from MAM at $1500 US, as seen on the blue white "Moose" at S n F.

Cheers,
Wayne G. O'Shea
