wing and horizontal stab stringers

I used a 2" sanding disk on my drill.. I used this methor for deburring about
1/2 of the holes in the kit..

On the inside, just run a small flat file down the length of the stringers
(a few times) and then check the holes for any small burrs that bent over
into the holes and hand run a drill though any that have to knock them off.

I used a Dremel tool with the cut-off disk attachment.
I then held the tool upside down and ran the disk over
the holes at a very flat angle to 'sand' the burrs
off. Was quick and easy to manoeuvre.

Hi Terry I've been using a die grinder with a 2" scotchbrite pad. It's the
same tool that I use for roughing up mating surfaces before joining on my
floats.
