JIC/AN fittings

Scott, don't see any reason you can't use them. The JIC's are just hydraulic
fittings that are good for 3 or 4000 psi!! Of course they are steel and a
little heavier than the aluminum version of the AN fittings, but not really
any different than steel AN or Stainless AN fittings. If the JIC will take
the shake rattle and roll of an excavator, I think they will hold up pretty
well on an airplane!

Cheers,
Wayne

Hi Wayne, I suspect you know the answer to my question below. Sorry to
bother you directly but I see that you are one of the few that are able to
post to the list. I have sent this to the list twice in the last couple of
days. Nothing I send ever gets posted anymore (and they don't bounce back
as undeliverable). I can not figure out why some of you are able to get
things to go through and I suspect many of us can not. I have emailed
Mike
but it seems to have gone to cyber heaven also. I am receiving from the
list.

Could you maybe copy and past my question below in case someone else has
this same question? Thanks. Scott

I am trying to find adapters to go from metric to AN 37 degree. I can find
metric to JIC 37 degree fittings. It looks like the AN and the JIC are one
and the same?? Anybody know for sure?
