SR Positive Support - Murtech

Hi Gang,
I had a good conversation today with Brian Godden. He had been away from the
factory last week and did not get my e-mails. They have also had problems
with their server etc.
In discussing the installation of the SR controls he addressed all my
questions and concerns. He was patient and genuinely helpful. He mentioned
that he also feels the control chapter is weak on details. He does support
the use of email and says that if he does not get back to someone in 24 hrs
or so that he most likely is out of the shop and to give a call.
Just thought I would also share the positive,
