Hello Folks.

My name is Tim Smith, and I am the "new guy" to the list. I am getting
closer and closer to starting a homebuilding project, but I am still just
not quite sure of which manufacturer. I've got it narrowed down to about 3
including the Rebel. Just thought I would sit in on your conversations and
see if you folks can "persuade" me.

I live in Eastern Washington State, and would love to hear from builders in
the area.

Just thought I would introduce myself, and thanks in advance for all the
helpful information I will be receiving.

Best regards,
Tim Smith

Hi Tim

Maybe you could let us know what the other 2 aircraft are 'up' against the
Rebel as far as your decision goes. I am sure then us Rebel builders could
give you a totally unbiased opinion!

Regards

Brian and all other Rebel builders

Welcome to the group, Tim !!

We all think the Rebel is the best choice (big grin), but we're happy
to help. What kind of flying do you want to do, and what are the other 2
choices ?? Certainly, the Rebel will never be a 300 mph cruiser, BUT, if
you want to fly out of small grass fields, or carry a ton of camping gear,
or go into those backwoods lakes on floats, you can't beat the Rebel !

There have been several similar questions - if you want, I'll try
to email you copies of recent correspondence ....
