SR3500 - Rudder Pedal Assembly

Post by Al & Deb Paxhia » Fri Feb 17, 2012 9:37 pm

I used a long drill bit mounted in the drill press. I clamped the tube to
the table and rotated it 90degrees. It was a slow process chipping out the
weld.

The rudder pedal assembly has welded fittings that seem to prevent slave
tube
from properly sliding into tube - How does one ream or clean out the welds
to
allow the tubes (RP18) to slide nicely in the CC102 Tubes?
