Terry, also forwarded to the list in case anyone else is giving thought to
the same materials!!! Took a walk to the shop for measurements and offer the
following:

The minimum amount of .032" material required to make 2 of the FUS-25
(triangle pieces) IF USING A SHEAR TO CUT THEM OUT is a piece 9 7/8" x 19
7/8".

To get 2 x .040" FUS-26's the minimum (if using a shear once again) is
either a long piece 8" wide x 51" long or a piece 16" wide x 27 1/4" long.

Take care,

Hello Wayne:

Off the top of your head, will one each 2 foot x 4 foot piece of .032 and
.040 be large enough for the (your) FUS-25 and FUS-26 "beef up"? I want to
make sure that I purchase large enough sheets to complete the job.

Just a late night confirmation before I order more stuff from MAM
tomorrow.
Also, as you suggested, I am ordering the ST-28 channel material to
strengthen the door sills, another FUS-30 for the tail wrap and the 2 each
FUS-448's for down at the "Bulkhead A" corners.

GREAT job answering all of us Rebelheads questions. THANKS AGAIN!

Talk to you later.

Your Pilot Pal,
Terry Dazey
