Hi from Calgary:

U know how some days you move along and some you don't.
Well wait til you get to the bottom skins. Turning the FUS over isn't to bad. Three hours of marking holes and drilling, now debur, debur, debur then alumi prep and prime. Just keep at it and before you know it your done.

Place a couple of carpet covered 2x6 under the FUS blocked up at least 4", turn the FUS on it's side. Tie a rope around one garage door track, put the other end through the bottom vertical fin spar hinge and tie it off to the other garage track making sure that the rope is taught and at least 54" off the floor.
Place a carpet covered 2x6 under the FUS blocked up at least 4" so that as you turn it over the cleco's miss the table. Slide the FUS almost half way off the table. Remember the bottom is heavier than the top, don't let it fall off the table. Of course you all have a hook in the ceiling with a pulley attached to it. Tie a rope around the bottom carrythrough holes that you drilled to get a socket into. The other end is looped through the pulley. Kneel on the table, pull the rope. This takes some weight off the FUS corner as the thing turns. Once over centred, get a hold of the cage and set it down gently. No problem. Once on it's back, support from the cage with blocks. Worked for me.

GOOD LUCK
