A group (4) of the guys at the airport are building an RV. They are
using aerosol cans of Sherwin Williams self etching primer to prime their
parts. They are in the early building stage so they don't have any
experience other than it is easy to apply. Sure seems easier than mixing
the Poly Fiber epoxy and they don't need supplied air. Locally, it is
readily available at the local Sherwin Williams auto paint distributor
though I am guessing is its more expensive than buying the Poly Fiber
quarts.
Just curious if you used the Poly Fiber epoxy or made some other choice
for your primer?

No frills,I chose to paint a flat finish on the interior for corrosion protection.
*------------------------------------------------------------------------just flat primer!
Few alternatives if you intend to be around salt water at all.
