aileron belcrank

Hello,
Could someone with a flying rebel please measure the distance
traveled (full left to full right ) of the forward aileron bellcrank
CC-47. Mine is measuring 1.50 inches and does not seem to provide enough
aileron throw. I get about 12 degrees up and 9 degrees down. My sticks
deflect 22 degrees left and right. Perhaps someone can measure that
also. At full stick deflection the stick parts inside the control tube
are just about touching the edges. I may have to grind some away to get
more throw. Any help would be appreciated.
