Hi from Calgary:

Thanks to everyone who replied to my confusion on the FUS 5's. I very much
appreciate all your expertise and have decided to install the full uncut
tubes.

Thanks again

FUS-5

Question for Rebel builders - FUS-5:

In my kit I received two FUS-5 tubes. As Im not using spring gear I cut
one FUS-5 in half as per manual. The halves looked a bit slim so I read
the archives only to find out that cutting is not recommended, causes
grief when mounting floor ribs, controls, etc. So now I'm thinking of
using the full tube on the back of the cage, facing the cabin, and the
half tube on the front of the cage facing the firewall. The remaining
half tube will end up under the instrument panel.
Any opinions on this would be much appreciated.
