Rebel headlining and (added) Followup On Auto Headliner Ques

G'day Dave
The factory supplied headlining is number of premoulded (vacuum formed)
plastic sections that are fitted to the roof and walls of the cabin. The
mouldings have a pleasing finish, and they do not need to be upholstered,
and I am not even going to paint them.
Where I have the problem is just how to go about fitting it!
