Progress...

Just wanted to post a quick note on my progress..

I had my Pre-Cover inspection a couple days ago..

The plane passed with only one small snag... I need to drill the drain
holes in the wings and fuselage. I actually knew this beforehand, but
was going to wait until the final assembly to drill them.. The
inspector was very impressed with the kit, and with the workmanship..

I've already closed up one flap, the rudder, the vertical fin, and the
elevator trim tab. Quite a feeling after 3 years to FINALLY have a few
100% finished parts kicking around..
