Hi Bruce !

Thanks ! Had an <interesting> trip up from Sun 'n Fun ! ;-)
My God, that SR3500 is a great hairy beast !! 3,000 feet UP at
the end of a 3,500 foot runway !!!! :-) :-) (Yahooooo !!)

We'll be at OSH this year, as usual, but might not arrive
until Thursday (tired of being ripped off & ignored just because we
fly in with our homebuilt and want to camp beside it !) - but might
relent & come on Sunday before, as in the past. Certainly want to
be there for the Murphy Party on Saturday night !!

There were several blade failures with early IVO props -
the foam core doesn't add a lot of strength ! Apparently better now,
and one flying here on a Zenith 320 for 2 years now ...
Somehow, I still don't like the way they twist the blade ...

Sorry - can't help on the firewall, as the positions really
DO vary, depending on cable lengths, engine types, etc.

That plastic tank IS the brake fluid reservoir, and they
work just fine, but be very careful not to crack the outlet stem when
pushing the hose on - they aren't too sturdy.

Hi Bob,

Welcome back. Are you going to make it to Airventure this year? I will be
there all week and would like to meet as many of you northern neighbors, and
your planes, as possible. Unfortunately my Rebel will still be in the shop,
she and my wife couldn't come this year. The nice thing about planes is they
don't care how many other planes you've flown, or even if you buy airplane
magazines. They also come with strict W&B limitations. Just a little humor.

Does anyone have any experience with or comments about the Ivo Prop? They
make an electric in-flight adjustable 3 blade that weighs 26 lb. Some Kitfox
builders like them better than the WD.

Any one have a firewall diagram with dimensions and measurements showing the
locations of cut outs for throttle, mixture, wires, cabin heat ect. MAM's
instructions just give approximate locations with no dimensions for novice's
like me. I would not like to cut any holes and find out later it should have
been two inches this way or that. I realize a lot of this stuff is up to the
personality of the builder.

I have this plastic reservoir that come with the kit about 2" square. Does
MAM intend this to be a brake reservoir?
