OK...The float attach is on the order list for sure.
Is it it worth upgrading LE skins or other mods to increase gross wt.?
There seems to be a mod on the tail (Double skin wrap). or would the newer kits already
have that fix? Thanks Wayne for your thoughts.

Yes Bruce, install the float points now as their nearly impossible to do
cleanly as an after thought. Installation will also increase the value of
your Rebel, if you ever decide to sell it down the road. The extra bulkhead
and "box beam" it creates, once installed, also strengthens the aircraft
considerably in this location.

Bruce, the maximum gross weight on wheels, for the standard Rebel, is still
going to be 1650 pounds! Upgrading the leading edge skins to thicker, etc,
will not allow for an increase in gross weight and is just going to decrease
your useful load.

The Fus-30 doubler, at the tail post to tail spring bulkhead area, is NOT a
MAM endorsed modification. You either have to make it from .032 sheet stock,
or buy an extra Fus-30 and use the rear area of it to make the doubler from.
You can view the Fus-30 doubler (the way I do it) on the Rebel Builders
site, in the Rebel - Fuselage section.
