text based access to archives

Just a quick note here mainly for Bob P, but might be of interest to
others... Bob, you've mentioned several times in the past that you still
prefer the old text based interface... well, I've got that for you too. Of
course being on the net you'll have to fire up a telnet application, but any
telnet app will do. Connect to bbs.dcsol.com, you can log in with the
generic rebel/builder account, or you can create your own. You'll have
access to the same message and file areas that are available via the web.
So if you're yearning for days or yore, then give it a try... it's the same
Bulletin Board format that I got started in back in the days before Windoze
made it to the drawing board!
