FYI - I uploaded a CAD (.DXF) file for a 7.75" X 5.75" .040 flush mounted
fuel tank access port cover and doubler to the Rebel R-205. Wings files
section of the builders site. The .DXF file can be imported into any
standard CAD software.
For the truly lazy, like me, or efficient, like you:
The .DXF file and a proprietary ".EMS" file -- configured for an order of
(7) pairs of 6061-T6 parts from http://www.eMachineShop.com, using their
free downloadable software -- are both available on my site at
http://n254mr.com/node/1862 . The order file is easily modifiable to order
different numbers of parts, shipping options, etc. [-- No endorsement of
said business is made or intended. --]

Dept. of Loose Ends:
I got the access port covers and doublers I had ordered from
eMachineShop.com a couple days ago. I can report the quality of work is
high, and it was a good experience all around. It's pretty neat to be able
to draw things on the computer using their free CAD software, and have the
real thing show up in the mail a few days later I'll probably get them to
make a couple of other things before long.
