Clarification please on Moose wing rear spar attach bolts

Hello,



The 3500 upgrade manual says, "Please note the rear spar fittings are not
bolted up tight when fitting the wings. The wing fittings "float" inside
the fuselage fittings."



I assume--please clarify--this means one does not put any washers between
the FUS-706 steel fittings to sandwich the wing rear spar fittings (FUS-713
& 714...also steel).



I've seen folks mount the rear spar with just a bolt (i.e. space either side
of FUS-713/714 to FUS-706) and seen other folks put enough washers in
between each side of the FUS-713/714 fittings so there is no space
whatsoever.



What is correct per the aircraft design/engineering Darryl?
