As a general rule, as you build always consider the likelihood and difficulty of requiring future access. It really is "pay me now or pay me later". Before reading Wayne O'Sheas suggestion to use nut plates for flap/aileron/flaperon hinges mine were already done with nuts. Later realized one wing had been over torqued, requiring replacement. Have looked at the job several times and it is a nightmare - not yet done. :(:( Learn from my experience.
