I've owned N337PB, a Rebel since 2003. I've only put about 100 hours total on
it due to time constraints.I had planned to convert from the Subaru to Lycoming.
The engine was a Crossflow package and runs strong, I just wanted the Lycoming.

It is a flying airplane. I will annual it prior to sale.

I also have a freshly overhauled Lycoming 0320 with 160HP, a Hartzell constant speed prop fresh from the overhaul shop, prop governor, pressure carburetor, one PMAG ignition and a brand new Murphy engine mount as well as the airplane.

I am asking $20K for the engine package with prop, governor, carburetor, pmag and mount.

I am asking $30K for the airplane, or $48K for the entire thing.

Hi,I am Perth Western Australia What area in the US are you ?I wrote
a Rebel of hitting a tree and am looking for a replacement I would
take it as is and use the engine from the one that i destroyed.

I had the E22Subaru before converting to Lycoming. it too was
advertised 165 HP. Turned out it was 135 HP. the 165  is apparently
2.2 litre
