Hi Rick !

Sorry - my ISP has REALLY screwed up my email !! The old address
has been erratic for over 3 weeks, and they keep telling me it'll be OK
in a couple of days !!

In the mean time, they've given me a couple of new ones to use,
and one seems to be OK - for now, you can reach me at:

apat@istar.ca

Hey Bob, just log into the archive site and
create you own account... i.e. bobp and then
you'll have an account you know will get list
mail if there is any. Your address would be
bobp@dcsol.com

Hi Mike,
Curt Martin here. Would you be so kind as to run the directions for
getting to the archives?
I'm trying to bring myself into the computer world, but I'd rather be
working on my floats.
Just a side to Bobp. I think my dad may still have access to one of the
memory drums that he worked on in the 60's . they were about 5ft tall and
3ft in dia. would hold 1mg of memory.
Mike, thanks for all you do. I have used much of the info from here.
Thanks again,
Curt N97MR

You'll want to go to http://www.dcsol.com:81/public/default.htm there
should be a link to this at the top of each message now... once there
log in with a username of "rebel" and a password of "builder", or create
your own account... it's not difficult, just answer the questions. Now
that you're logged in you'll want to click on "Messaging" on the left
side of the page, then again on the left, you'll see "Murphy Aircraft",
click on this and it will expand to list the archives for each list.
Click on the archive you want and on the top right side of the screen
you'll get an index of messages by subject and author... click on a
message and the actual message appears on the bottom right. These
frames, or windows on your screen are sizable... if you can't see
en ought of the message, just drag the lines between the different frames
to make them what ever size you want. If there is a picture attached to
the message, you'll see toward the top of the message where there is a
table of information about the message, "Attachment" and the name of the
file... click on the name, and it will appear in the same frame the
message was in.
