First Start Today for My M14-P!!!

Hello to All:
I have been "part time" building my Moose for 11 years, today was the day for the first start. I finally had to hook a "jumper" hose directly from my spare air bottle to the air distributor and crack the valve enough to get it to turn over. After that I tried to restart with the regular system that I have installed in the baggage area but no luck. Is there a way to adjust the safety pop off valve so that it won't release until it gets 800 or 900 lbs??? My fine Rocky Instrument system is probaby obsolete and or I don't know how to run it. I will try to iron out a few problems there, finish my speed fareings and get them painted, safety my control cables, and try to do a bunch of paper work, and get it inspected.
If anyone wants to look at some pictures of my Moose and some of my other stuff check out my website : https://www.tiptopwebsite.com/skytrucks
