[rebel-builders] #5 Hinge Rear spar for wing Super Rebel/Moose Upgrade

Great suggestions, Dick & Eric. Alas, even though I used a laser, on one
wing, I had to add maybe an 0.032" shim on the outboard hinge when I went to
mount the ailerons for good.

Paul, Do what you must do to have all hinge points aligned, the less
friction or bending the better.

I used a laser pointer up against the inboard end to test that, A piece of
string stretched out tightly would also work.
Doing the math is a good starting point, but the actual alignment is the
proof!

I am beginning to pre-build the rear spar in my head. Does the #5 hinge
(wing tip hinge) need to be shimmed to be in the correct position to
minimize/prevent binding. It seem that the hinge will be pulled forward to
the main spar extentions, based on adding up the part thicknesses. Or am I
over

analyzing?

I appreciated the discussion regarding the electrical conduit last time I
posted a question.

Thanks,
