[rebel-builders] Trim servo wiring

Hi Roger

I brought mine out of the centre of the elevator at the leading edge to a
plug about 2 foot from the exit point. The fuselage length runs from a
socket forwards to the controls. The plug/socket fits under the stab in the
rear fuselage cavity.

When I was doing final assembly I attached the cable to a couple of plastic
tie down points to ensure the cable didn't jam in the elevator movement.
