[rebel-builders] window latches

Sending again as I replied when server was down...
Dan, those latches get made by the builder. There isn't much to them and a
rivet holds the "plunger" in place. Drill them off and rework them, or
consider a better way to latch them. I'm sure there are many on this list
that have a better mouse trap than the factory latch.
