Roger,

Don't add inspection/access/"leak fix" holes if you don't have leaks. If a
leak develops later, it is straightforward to add a hole at that point in
time. Adding a hole or holes now simply creates more possible areas for
leaks to develop. Trust me--I know <sigh>.

I am about to start the leaky tank mod (adding inspection panels etc) to
my Moose, does anyone have the document showing the locations.

This project is taking too long and I seem to be losing things now .. so
guess it's time to throw rocks at her and make her fly.
