RebelGear - Builders Meeting

Hi Jill !

The spring gear is available from the factory. You would need
new axles as well. To use the spring gear, extensive mods are built
into the front of the fuselage during construction, adding weight ...
difficult, but not impossible, to retrofit ... Total cost might run to
about $2K, and lots of work ...

If you already have the bungee gear, stick with it ! It is generally
acknowledged to be much lighter, and stronger, as it is triangulated.
The largest majority (~90%) of Rebels here have bungee gear, and it
is considered to add about $5K to the resale value....
