Hi all !

I've just posted an Airworthiness Information Notice from
the PFA in England about a problem they have found on 2 Rebels
over there -- cracked fork ends on the stabilizer struts !!

We have never seen this here, and it might be from over-
tightening of the bolts, but -- PLEASE inspect both ends of
your stabilizer struts NOW, and regularly !! Please let the
factory know if you find anything !!

The page link is :

And the item is:

PFA Airworthiness Information Notice - Rebel tailplane strut fork end
inspection Aug. 14, 2011

If the strut forks break, the stab will fold up - and that would
spoil your whole afternoon !! :-(
