I will be needing to purchase a Starter Gear Ring for my O-540..

I've been trying to do a little research online.. As near as I can tell
Lycoming only makes two sizes, 122 teeth and 149 teeth. Do these fit
all Lycoming engines?

Is there a preferred size? I haven't purchased a starter yet either, so
that's not a part of the consideration..

What sort of price would I be looking at for a new ring, or for a used
one? I found one online for around $75US, that sounds like a good
price, but I'm not sure..
