I guess I could have done that too, but I was stuck on using aircraft tubes for my aircraft tires.

I just went to the local tire shop and had them order my tubes with bent
stems. It took about 2 days for delivery.

I have Goodyear 8.50s and when I tried to find tubes for them with a bent stem to fit the Murphy time I couldn't find them anywhere. Finally, Alaskan Bushwheels told me I could make my own! I bought 8.50 straight stem tubes and got some bent, glue on stems from A.B. and cut and pasted. They have been holding air for about 4 years now. That was a piece of info that really got me out of a jam, so hope it helps someone else.

Hi All
Had my first puncture a few days ago - still at the taxiing around stage so
not a lot of wear and tear so far.
In the process of checking for a new inner tube locally (6.00-6 bent stem
valve) I found no one local, and ended up being quoted $120 by my local
aviation supply store - and few days wait !
I then phoned a few tyre specialists in the auto trade, and ended up
chatting to a plane enthusiast who rang me back with a new part number - and
only about $25 delivered next day !!
11x710/600-5 is the part number
It's arrived OK, looks good, made in Taiwan
Brand is TubeLine. Sidewall print states 11x6.0/7.1-5
My original Chinese tube is now patched and back on the plane. I'll keep the
new one in the plane as a spare to get me home if needed.
