[rebel-builders] Minimum Comfortable Take Off Distance

Depends on so many factors as you know Jerry. I'd suggest 2,500' as a min
until you're familiar with your plane, engine and it's unique
characteristics. Even though you're at a pretty low elevation, the heat and
humidity there of course give you relatively high density altitudes also.

One of my hangar options is to maintain my own grass strip. Strictly due to
parcel size and the economics of the matter, what would you consider the
MINIMUM comfortable length to be for a grass strip for an O-540 stock Murphy
Super Rebel (SR 2500), assume 20' obstructions at each end (routine fence
rows, etc.).
