[rebel-builders] Moose aileron spade modification

My understanding of cracks at wing tips and horz stab tips is caused by
vibration from the engine. The vibration arm on the wing tip is like an 18
to 1 ratio on the wing. So if the engine starts a bit rough that weight in
the spade of the aileron is amplified a whole bunch (very technical stuff
here) and has resulted in some cracks to the spar, Same for the H. Stab.

SO it already has been PROVEN to be a problem area....DO THE MODIFICATIONS.
Like Bob Says! Or regret it later! The spade must be supported on both
sides.
