ONE DEGREE is correct. I used a digital level to obtain the accuracy needed
for making the set up. It is also critical to drill the spar and lift strut
squarely, not just by eyeball!!! For alignment. I recommend after reaching
the 1/2" inch diameter to step up by 1/64th in size to keep thing from
drifting and do the final 5/8" cut with a reamer. I did find all the manual
changes from 2500 to 3500 confusing and finally got past the confusion to
use the 5/8" bolt sizes and made the holes with a minimum clearance, this is
one place you don't want any extra movement. If I could have worked with a
zero clearance I would have, of a taper pin, but I did bolt mine together.
