Moose: Installing new elevator/h-stab hinge brackets

With the help of a friend (almost impossible to do this job alone!) I was
able to get all the elevator and horizontal stabilizer hinge brackets
installed yesterday. Everything lined up with the existing elev/h-stab
mount holes. We only had a bit of difficulty installing the AN-4 center
bolt on the middle elevator horn spot and on the last one of the five, one
on the R end. In the case of the last one, we loosened the four mount
bolt/nuts on the EL-300 several threads to give us a little play on the
EL-300. Then we were able to get the center AN-4 bolt in. With everything
tight, the elevator seems to move smoothly.

We didn't have any side-to-side play or trouble sliding the elevator onto
the new h-stab brackets initially. Just a bit of time-consuming trouble
getting the AN-4 bolts through, particularly since one has very little
access to the center hinge point. We did very slightly round-off the end of
two of the bolts to help us get them through the center hinges.

I posted an updated picture of the wear in my old, stock, hinge brackets. I
had the measurements wrong (obviously) in my original picture. Updated
picture is also in Area 122-S/M After Market Products.
