I'm in the process of laying out wiring harness considerations. Does anyone
have a spreadsheet they have found useful that analyzes the various
electrical loads in displaying current load, wire gauge size, fuse size, etc
and they would willing to share their efforts in this matter?

Much appreciated,

De nada. As you can see from the plethora of tabs at the bottom, I ended up
stuffing all kinds of data in there. In addition to the load calc page,
there's a tab/page for the major wiring harness runs out to the fuse &
wings, where I tried to separate antenna & audio runs from strobe cables,
etc. In various places I recorded model #'s and S/N's of equipment, which
have since been transferred to the avionics log. The fuse assignments page
was particularly useful. Eventually I printed and laminated it to carry in
the cockpit. On other pages I recorded terminal assignments on various
switches, relays, etc. Those entries became an excuse for putting off proper
schematics, which still arent' done. Oh well. ;-)

I still refer to it fairly often, and hope you'll find it's a useful
template.
